In the video there are some brown marker posts on lot 28 showing the estimated location of the 20 foot setback for the face of the home to be designed on lot 28 directly behind lot 9. There are only 6 homes in Phase IV so traffic will be minimal. There is an HOA open space behind the Phase IV lots, where the tall scenic rock bluff is. This will be a quiet scenic park like area when fully developed. As the trees are thinned to make spacss for the new homes in Phase IV the open space rock bluff will become visible to the back yard of lot 9. The Rock wall and fence will be placed as part of Phase II, which is the next phase of construction in Shevlin Bluffs.
